Page 2 of the link I provided shows a wireless N card. This link is for all wireless cards this is why I have said you need to check compatability.

Any USB wireless N card would do. I know Asus has their own USB WIRELESS N card. ASUS - - ASUS USB-N53
Hi thanks for the reply but as previously stated I do no want a Wireless USB adapter but instead a wireless N card (something to go inside a laptop)

You may be able to do it but as already been said this is going to be a pain. You need to ensure the card is compatable and that you can get the drivers.

    There is hope though.

    Google

Click the link above to take you to the correcct google page for your laptop.
Thanks I will have a look and post back.

@ Mangoh : If you purchase a USB Wireless N card which is what I recommend you do . You could go inside your router configuration page ( via the IP address and turn on the 5GHZ speed ) the wireless card will pick that up a well due to the fact that its a wireless N USB adapter card.
    Thanks for the tip.

Edit: I tried the Google lnk above and could not find anything so I did a bit of research myself and found nothing either

    I found this Dell Inspiron E1405 E1505 E1705 4965AGN Wireless N Card | eBay

    It's used . I don't know your knowledge of taking a part a laptop .

Thanks the guide provided on the eBay page for installation was very helpful.

However the ad states the final value isn't decided until the ad is over. I'm from the UK so will face extra shipping fees

    Anything else?

Edit: what do you think on http://www.ecrater.co.uk/p/16948741/...211n-g-b?gps=1
