Windows 7 Pro. 64/SP-1

Well now one has to decide to trust the ssd's Tool Box or maybe Windows 7 and then again maybe Goldens's post #9 or this little new program.

I know Golden has his smarts about him so I would trust his recommendation and of course Intel has some wisdom so I think I will stick with these two methods.

Windows 7x64 Home Premium SP1

If you use CrystalDiskInfo it shows the status of your SSD including TRIM.
If you REALLY want to know if TRIM is actually working on your SSD....-capture.jpg
The posted app implies no trim. I think I'll ignore it.

I know TRIM is enabled: C:\Windows\system32>fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify DisableDeleteNotify = 0 but how do I tell the SSD to do the retrim like I can in Windows 8 with the defrag c: /o command? DO I need another program?

Havae just fitted a Crucial M4 and it is running like a misile, but cannot find out if it is runnig TRIM. A Google told me to run "fsutil behavior query disbaledeletenotify" but after a brief flash of the screen nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong.
