MBR formatting - can not undo for 3T hard drive

Installed a new 3T hd and by mistake initialized it as MBR. Now I have two partitions, one is a bit more then 2T and the rest is unallocated.
Now even Partition Wizard can not utilize unallocated space because MBR format and says it will be unusable, can only work with 2T volume.
W7 admin utilities don't give me an option to change MBR format. Can I do something to set drive to a state that I can install it from scratch? Or what can I do at all?

    Please, help...

Here is a tutorial dealing with that exact issue. MBR to GPT

    Hope it helps.
