Does not look like there is a quick boot option from those two screens you could pressing F9 to return the bios to optimised defaults.

Many long Post conditions are caused by incorrect drivers.
Check Device Manager for any Yellow !'s or ?'s...

I guess it is hardware drive compatibility or Windows updates caused problem. Run "perfmon /rel" to see what the reliable monitor can tell you.

Seems like no quick boot's there.

As already said, reset the BIOS and see if it helps.

Just checked, and two days ago it reported a hard disk failure, but a successful reboot after. But I think that's from me accidentally knocking the cord out while it was booting up.

Otherthan that, I did reset the bios and did check for triangles in the device manager. Still found nothing and still give me a shut off screen before boot after the bios screen

Did you run the sfc /scannow command and the chkdsk /r command?

Nope, no errors detected. what are the signs of a failing SSD or is that not the issue?

You can test your SSD with the the tool below:

How long does it actually take to boot into windows?

Have you tried booting into safe mode by pressing F8 at boot time and see how long it takes compared to normal mode?
