Try again later. You probably don't need to get the latest bios update since your CPU is supported in the earlier version you have. Sometimes when you download these tools you get a corrupt download. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

The reason i've upgraded my processor is im running a HTPC and in Media Center im using a Aeon visual from soundspectrum. The visuals were running slow and jerky so I was hopeing the processor and the new 2gig of ram I put in would sort the problem. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. im going to have to buy a new graphics card and unfortunately a new power supply to run the card. Can u get graphics cards with HDMI that also support AUDIO. and if so for a decent price. if not im going to have to use my audio out on my motherboard. Cheers for any help...

You probably need to look at an Nvidia card around the 100GBP cost to run that screensaver with all the bells and whistles.
Something like there, not buget but biggest bang for buck midrange stuff. Replacing your CPU won't have hurt, once you get a better graphics card you will be glad you did. You can choose AMD but your board uses and Nvidia chipset so that would be easiest.

GPUs support audio output, but if you are expecting them to transcode audio into another format or act like a sound card. No. The graphics card will only act as a passthrough for HDMI and Displayport.
