    Windows 7 startup error NEED HELP ASAP!


    My windows 7 hp pavilion slimline won't boot up past the starting windows screen. I get the option to start windows normally or launch startup rapair. I choose startup repair but I'm stuck at a blue screen with a really big mouse cursor. I lusnched it in safe mode but it starts loading files and stops at atipcie64.sys (I think) I tryed to choose the restore setting to last known successful startup but no dice. I don't have the windows disk or the recovery disk so I can't do that. I read online that you can change the ram voltage in BIOS but I don't have an option in mine. PLEASE HELP. Thanks in advance

my system is having startup problem.. .....my quickheal total security starts scanning system in native mode and in between the screen turns black and the windows doesnot starts
please help me fast i have two hard drive 320gb and 500gb and currently my operating system(windows 7 x64) is installed on the 320gb i have no dvd or usb and i need to make a clean windows 7 install on the 500gb
Sorry to post another thread about this but I need help ASAP just bought this computer 3 days ago and was browsing on the internet when computer just shut down and then kept restarting and would not load windows tried to get into safemode would just restart then made windows fix itself and finally...
