Unknown PS/2 to video out, audio out, and S-Video out.

Hey, so today I found this adapter. It plugs into any PS/2 mouse / keyboard jack, and has a yellow video out cable, an S video out cable, and the end of a headphone jack, an audio out. Or video/Audio in, maybe? Any idea on how to use this? And what it might be used for + any programs I can download to utilize this? Thanks in advance guys!
Edit: Sorry for bad pics, I'm not the best photographer.

Possible to post a picture of it?

Almost sounds like a KVM switch, but a picture would help.

S-video adapter for a video card's tv-out port, with the male end going to the card. I can only assume that the mini-jack is for audio, but don't recall seeing any cards that could pass audio out the s-video/tv-out port. Doesn't mean that there weren't any, just don't remember ever seeing one.

Edit: Just had a though, probably came with something like the old ATI All-in-Wonder cards that had a TV tuner built in to them.
