Windows 7: What SSD and HDD should I get for internal?

Windows 7x64 Home Premium SP1

My main PC has a modular Seasonic PSU which makes for more neater cabling but non modular are often cheaper and the cable runs can made reasonably neat with the right case to tuck away unwanted cables.

Here is one where I was price sensitive
Antec 550P (550W) non modular - $65
Antec 300 case - $62
(new versions would on sale now)
Doesn't look that messy

Help Upgrading 1 TB Internal to 2 TB Internal Hard Drive

My HP laptop's fan is running awfully high. I am playing the sims 3 and I can hear the fan running on high. It will eventually go quiet then start up running on high again. Is this anything to be worried about?
