The supported RAM frequency is a tad misleading. The Sabertooth board I have only lists frequencies up to 1866, but I know full well it supports faster RAM than that. Also, how many PCI slots do you really need?
2 or more would be fine.

The ram speed helps in benchmarks, but in actual usage, you will never notice the difference. Also, both probably have overclocking software, I'm pretty sure the Asus does, but you don't need it. If you are going to overclock, never use software. Learn about it and do it yourself in bios. Software overclocking will mess you up. Almost any real overclocker will tell you that.

I am going to order the part shortly, but if there is any defects could you return it to NCIX or Newegg?

Yes, you should read each of their return policies so you understand the conditions.

Thanks, do I have to purchase a NCIX express exchange, for a replacement or refund? Also do you contact the seller first or the company of the product?

I bought a case from NCIX and paid for the Express Exchange, I do not know what difference it makes. I would think maybe they do the exchange quicker ? Also they charge a shipment insurance fee, not much, but it was the first time I have heard of it.

Newegg has a 30 day return, not sure about NCIX. I would use the seller first, then the Manufacturer after.
Again, it is stated in their return policy.

Thanks again, also one more question before I order, is a requirement to get a CPU heat sink, or is okay to just stick to the stock fan?

If I recall correctly, you are building a gaming system.

If you are going to be OC'ing it also, it produces more heat than a machine used for non-gaming.
Even though the case has a rating of being cooler and you have the extra fans to put in it, if you can, I would still go with a aftermarket heat-sink and fan cooler.
I say this because heat is the killer of electronics. The cooler you can keep everything inside the better you will be in the long run. I already gave you my suggestion for a CPU cooler, Gemin II S524.

I don't do any gaming at all and I have 3 intake and 2 exhaust fans, 140mm each, plus the CPU cooler which has a 120mm fan.
I think a lot of the others here would agree, the cooler the better.

    Just my opinion.
