Setting up USB Port to only charge - on a publicly available computer

I am placing a touch screen in a publically accessable semi monitored area. I wan to allow perople to charge their USB devices, but don't want them to be able to access them or be able to upload malicious software.

I tired removing the data lines, so that only the charging lines were connected... and then plugged in my iPhone. After a little googling, I found this: MintyBoost - The mysteries of Apple device charging which outlines clearly why my iPhone does not charge...

Is there any way to leave the data lines connected, but remove the ability to transmit or recieve data? Thinking maybe via bios or a third party application...

    All help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Dave.

I realize I can add the appropriate resistors, but have to put 80 of these together ASAP!

Being able to deal with this in the bios or via an inexpensive 3rd party product or app would be ideal
