I am having the same issue with one of my computers. It had been running win 7 for a long time before first having this issue. I have tried a fresh install of win 7 and still having the same issue. I have run multiple test runs with both memtest86 and mdsched without finding any errors. I have zipped the most recent minidumps and the system info at this link: https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resi...nt=file%2c.zip . I have tried pretty much all the suggestions I have come across for this issue with no resolve. It happens in safe mode as easily as from windows itself.
