Hum well I have the Microsoft Sidewinder x4 and x6 KB's and they are brilliant it is just the mice as I said before that I find are pretty poor quality.

If you don't like the look of the Gigabytes then the Logitecs are pretty darn good - I find for wireless anyway.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

It's the 5000 set. It's just over 18 inches wide. I can use the keyboard ok but it's like using a laptop keyboard. I'm sure I will get used to it. I think some of the space is used up with 2 rows of shortcut buttons at the top. When I went to the store to get a new keyboard I was just going to buy another simple microsoft curved keyboard but they didn't have any. This was the closest in shape to my old one so I thought I would give it and wireless a try. After I got home I started looking for some tutorial on how to use all the stuff on the keyboard and mouse and that is when I read a few reviews that stated some had problems and recommended the Kinsington wireless instead. I'll live with this for a while and if I can't get used to it I'll try out a Kinsington or Logitec. I do like the slight curve of this board and the hand/wrist rest. I do like the smaller cap lock button but I don't like the tiny recessed Esc button.

I bought one for my ex and she really likes it - but it is wired.

The mouse mate I have gone to a laser one for my main machines and they are so much more precise than the opticals.

What I mean is that let's say I am trying to hold and drag a desktop file it will sometimes just click, making me drop the file on the spot. It will also double click when I try to make a single click. I tried to lower the settings for double click timing on the settings menu. EDIT: Tried out...

Microsoft wireless mouse 5000
I have this great mouse and it works okay with the generic driver with Windows 7. However the software it came with lets you program the buttons and also see the power left in the batteries and the wireless strength. If I install the software it came with the scrolling is not adjustable. It's...
