Don't know how to do what, boot to bios or boot to windows screen. First did you have a chance to blow everything out so it's clean and did you dbl. check all connections?
Will be bailing for the night soon just wanted to see how things are coming and if you are able to get into your bios (tapping the DEL key) or just boot to the Windows screen?
I got it to work now! Thanks for your help!
The freaking problem is back! It bin working for like one and a half day but now its back again....
Did you ever blow out the PSU and the rest of the system if dust was present. This sounds like it could be a heat issue? How did you re-mount the CPU? Did you use new thermal paste and how are the fans and fins on the cooler. Did you clean the old paste off both surfaces completely and is the cooling plate mounted level and securely to the CPU?
Not that good im gonna do that tomorrow. But what about the graphiccard?
Yes with the compressed air blow every fan and cooling fin to within and inch of it's life....so to speak. Use a soft paint brush or a old tooth brush. You can also use a vacuum but not the the brush as all you want to do is draw out the dust so be very aware of static electricity and don't touch any thing that could short without grounding yourself to the case.
Im gonna try that. Thanks!
I'll reply to u when its done.
