    PCI Fan Controller?

I am looking for a fan controller that you can connect to your PCI slot and control it from Windows possibly. Does this type of thing exist? It would essentially add fan connectors to a motherboard that does not have them, allowing you to also control them as if it were built it.

I think that is probably as close as I'll get. I was poking around on their site earlier today and found this Akust PCI Slot Fan Power Splitter / Reducer - 5V / 6V / 8V / 10V / 12V - FrozenCPU.com. It goes in the PCI slot but doesnt actually connect to the motherboard. I was hoping I could something like that.

Well you can do the same thing by using a resistor cable as well.
