Ok I downloaded the first two and ran them but I'm not sure where to look or what I'm looking for. Do you want the actual voltage that's going to the harddrive or the actual voltage of the PSU? And where is it listed?
The HWMonitor seems to have everything broken down into sections like harddrive, fans, video card, etc. etc. giving the voltage for each one.

looks like the board lacks voltage sensors at all .
You did the only thing you could have done (changing PSU). Keep us posted if you have other freezes or issues.

started up this morning no errors, seemed like it was a slow startup not sure if I'm just being paranoid or what. Running the western digital extended scan on the harddrive just in case.

Everything has been fine now for 2 days, the extended scan I did on the harddrive came up passed nothing wrong.

It is surprising how often I see a PSU begin to fail after a cleaning. Hopefully this will be the last issue you have with this rig for a while. We try to keep a stock of 550W and 800W on the shelf just for good measure.
