    Experts Only! Windows Cant Find Bluetooth Device!! Expert Help Needed!


    Hi i have googled all possibilities but can,t able to get a proper solution suddenly my dell Bluetooth mouse stop responding i have done all the troubleshooting options like services.msc (device is already started), regedit (this also doesn't work) , System Restore(This also doesn't work) updated my driver several time but no result. done trouble shooting in safemood but this also doesn't work so please help me.

    My windows doesn't find any Bluetooth device but others devices like mobile can detect windows Bluetooth as well as Bluetooth mouse

    My Bluetooth device is discoverable but windows cant find it i will be thankful to you if any one can solve my problem m pissed off after trying all possibilities

    when i check in device and printer these i see my mouse but it doesnt work when i do troubleshooting there is shows no problem so i several times tried to remove the mouse and then again install it but it temporarily got removed but when again i reboot it comes again(even without installation) i even cant remove it completely

    Hi there .. Does the Bluetooth Device show up .. When you go into Device Manager > System Devices .. What is your Dell Model Number ?

    yes it shows up my dell no is studio 1457

    Your screenshots are not very clear .. How ever all seems to be in order .. What is the Model of your Bluetooth mouse ?
    Also when did you change to Windows Ultimate ?

    You seem to have done every thing possible to resolve the problem .. So i would suggest a Repair and Install .. If that don't work would try a clean Install ... The Links below will help you achieve this

    Hi there ... As stated in the Tutorial .. Windows Updates will need to be checked and reinstalled again

    Have you tried some obvious things like changing the batteries in the mouse and have you tried pairing the mouse with another computer?

    even windows don't find any device..yes i have tried i have changed the batteries and paired mouse with other computers as you are a programmer could you suggest some other troubleshooting apart from what i have already done or mentioned above
