Did you move Users to a different drive with a SSD?

When you installed w7 on a SSD did you relocate your data, Videos, Documents, Pictures, etc to a separate physical drive?

Yes I did on two rigs.:)

EDIT: For my purpose I mean Data and Users to mean the same, I.e., personal data.

Yep, I have Windows and all programs/applications/games on my SSD, and the User's folder on my D: Data HDD. Keeps the SSD clutterfree and is a great way to manage the space on it as well.

I didn't vote because I didn't do any of the choices (the title of the thread said moving users and the poll said moving data so I wasn't sure which was intended). To avoid problems with imaging and other backups, I left the Users folders on the C:/ (SSD) but moved the data folders to spinners. I'm the only user so I wasn't concerned about keeping data folders separated between multiple users.

Also, I detest strawberry ice cream.

Like our Lady I keep all my personal data on spinners, but I kept the Users folder on the SSD. I do not use the Windows file scheme - I have my own, so I don't use Users.

I did redirect some system directories to the spinner too (Ietemp, Temp, tmp), and I redirect all software temp files to the spinner (the ones that will let me).

You should add a poll option Gary: Hybrid!

As for strawberry ice cream, there are two kinds: the pinky red kind, and the vanilla ice cream with strawberries in it.
I prefer the latter, but in reality, if you stick ice cream in front of me, I will eat it!
