You can get the TUF armor that goes with it and it will look like a baby Sabertooth. Currently, Newegg has the armor for free if you buy the Gryphon motherboard.

If you like the RoG look: Maximus VI Gene or Maximus VI Hero

The Asus motherboards are better than the MSI boards.....no question about that. The GD-65 is a good board, but don't let the "Gaming" moniker fool you....there is nothing special about that motherboard.

Also, how are you going to cool the CPU? Do you have an aftermarket cooler already? The stock Intel cooler is garbage and if you are going to OC even the tiniest little bit, you will need something else.

So is this motherboard anygood Asus Maximus VI HERO Z87 Socket 1150 HDMI ATX Motherboard

I will check all up on the comments you leave later on tonight as i'm going on the PS3 for an hour or so

I would like to say thank you very much to all with the help on comments on the needs i required tonight

also if you could help with different Motherboards say by asus and other company's that would be fantastic for gaming and overclocking that would be great

as i feel AMD just aren't up to standers with how they run and the lack of technology they use

and i have heard good reviews from people who have I5/I7 haswell CPU's

    Once again thank you

I linked to the Asus "Hero" board in the post above. Seems to be a good motherboard, and Asus are probably the best for OC'ing in general.

Well, I know a person who does professional builds and will not use any MSI products unless he's forced into it. I had a MSI GPU once and it was very crappy.
