Nope no lapping the CPU. Here's an extraordinary CPUz shot, check the frequency and voltage. I don't think any monitors are accurate on Haswell. Actual snip too.

Have you also got CPU-Z 1.65? If you do, what does it say?

Very good thought Kelly. Here's the 1.65 version, it's also not constantly showing differing volts and frequencies like the 1.63.

Looks as if it got all the info correct for Ivy. I think it runs faster too, it took less than 45 minutes for 2 passes with 8GB installed.

Prime 95 doesn't yet know about Haswell.

I was reading about the Benchmarks have no love with Haswell

I'm just turned off by it now even if it does perform slightly faster then the 3rd Generation

as you just stated anyway you feel Ivy is faster and still with Ivy heat issues as well

I thank you for showing us how your Haswell build is going with your conclusions I see doesn't look to promising

I wonder how long it's going to take to fix the wrinkles in the Chip itself De-lidding sounds to much work and for 300+ Intel should be using much finer resources

I know every platform has it's little quirks with benchmarking programs here and there, but almost every common benchmark has problems with Haswell. Looks like it's time for vendors to update their software.
