    model no. & snapshot

product name: HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC
    product no.: LQ439PA#UUF

SNAPSHOT:USB port of HP laptop not working-capture-1.png

i tried also by uninstalling all the drivers under USB serial bus controllers & restart PC.....it shows 'installing device driver software'.....then 'device is not successfully installed' message comes with the yellow sign in device manager. Clicking properties of that unknown service, Device Description tab says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". what should i do now?

Hi there ... Do you have a Drivers disc that came with your Laptop ? .. The product number you gave me is not listed on the HP website .. But after a bit of Research i think i have found the right Drivers .. You should try the chipset Drivers . Do not worry about the missing item for now .. We need to get your USB ports working

hi.....i have downloaded drivers as you directed which are: sp52791, sp52794, sp52795
i have not got any CD with my laptop but the soft copies of the drivers are stored in one of my laptop hard drive. however i have installed the downloaded drivers but an error message comes while installing last driver sp52795 "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software. Then in tried to install my old drivers but it showed that the version is old rather than the downloaded version. i m still in problem with ports.
i got the product code from my system information........is there any easy way to get the product code?

Hi there .. Do not worry about the last Driver as it was an older Version and was not needed .. Is your Card Reader working ? That could be the missing Device .. Is any of your USB ports working now . And do you have USB3 ports ? Also can you post me a screenshot of your USB devices again and also System Devices expanded
