    Givona,
    Welcome to SF.
Please give us some more information on the programming and software you intend to use. Are you using outboard monitors? Also how portable do you want this to be, meaning screen size and weight or will this spend most of it's time on a desk....things like that.

I know programming only in Pascal and recently i start learn C and C++.For C and C++ use Code::Blocks.For example also ,i used package "mathematica"(or some other software)for determined eigenvalues of matrix all graphs with 1-11 vertices(for example). It is well know that all graphs with 11 vertices have about one bilion. For it is necessary obviosly good laptop.

Well let's not go into brands yet as that is an issue to it's self. I would look to a strong i5 or i7 CPU. Also if it was me I would strongly consider the addition of a 256 or larger SSD and then remove the provided drive and clean install W7 or W8 to the SSD and place the HDD in a external enclosure. I would also look for a unit with as little ram as possible then purchase two matching modules for 8gb total and look for 1600 mhz via Corsair or the like and that will make this rig a rocket ship for all sorts of stuff.

I took the liberty to shop some. Really best to ask what your budget is and where your are in the world.

This comes with 6gb of 1333 which is more then adequate to start but if budget will allow the 8gb 1600 is faster but that's your call. This is why I would shop for a rig with (1) 4gb ram module.

Great then you'll have to adjust for your currency and computer shops.
