Windows 7 explorer doesn't showing my 2nd HDD Partition.

I got a problem with my baracuda HDD.
    It's a 500GB HDD and I divided it in 2 partition.
1st partition shows up, but the second one is not.
The 2nd partition is already a formated partition ( Primary ) and it's healthy.
The problem is It doesn't show and I can't access my data on it. It has no letter, and it's active.
Please help me out guys. This problem persists after I reinstalled my windows on new system HDD

    Hi,
Did you create the partition using a Linux operating system? If you did, then that's why it's not showing up.

To get it to show, go into your Disk Management (Start>Search "Disk Management">Create and format disk partitions), and delete the partition. Then, create it again and format it. It should now show up. Reply if you have any concerns or problems.

Sorry but I already told you about the partition is already formated and it's not in the black bar.
I would not format it again because there is a lot of information on it.
The Disk manager was bugged and i tried to make in manualy. I added the letter to the partition and that worked. I fixed this problem by myself in 1 hour after posting this thread. Thx for help, but before posting useless posts 1st read my post entirely to fix the problem.
