Worst case: Your pen drive is dead. A pen drive that has gone through thousands of Read/ Write cycles can die a natural death when its flash controller decides that it had had its full run and it is no longer safe to write any data on it.(simple non-technical explanation.:) )
Since you have not given any details about the pen drive in question like the model/make/capacity, for how long you have been using it, whether it is still under warranty, whether other pen drives works normally on your computer, whether you had tried this pen drive on another computer and with what results, and if it shows in the Windows Disk Management how does it appear (is it RAW) etc., etc., it is not possible to give any specific suggestion to deal with that problem.
So here you go on a round-trip.:)
How To Fix Write Protection Errors On a USB Stick
At first glance with the information you've given: more likely than not it's dead. This is the condition, from my anecdotal experience, that flash drives go into when they are toast. You can fiddle around within the command prompt or open "Create and Format Hard Disk Partitions" in Windows 7 to see what can be done to it.Code:DISKPART
My pendrive is scandisk, 8 gb. I bought this pendrive 2 years ago and other pendrive's works fine on my pc.
Actually its like this once i was copying some movies into my pendrive and in b/w i removed it from my pc and asfterwards the data which is inside the pendrive can't be deleted or copied into my pendrive ..
You have still not answered one specifc query I made " How does it look like in Windows Disk Management? Is it RAW?"
If you had pulled your pen drive while it was writing something, I guess most likely it had gone RAW.
Check in Windows Disk Management. If it shows RAW, do a partition recovery with Partition Wizard Home Edition ( Full version and free)
Download and install Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online
And then to the topic Recovery with Partition Wizard: SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16GB in my thread
Recover a flash drive turned RAW – Partition Wizard and TestDisk.
Once the partition table is restored, you will be able to access and use your drive as before.
And then to format or not to format is your choice and if you do want to format, format it with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool v 2.2.3 which I always prefer.(Rightclick on the exe file and Run as administrator.)

Always use " Safely Remove" and do not pull out any USB drive while it is writing.
