Very Strange Keyboard Issue

    guys please help , i just bought a usb keyboard and its not functioning well.. i used to have ps2 keyboard b4 ds 1 but its now defective thats y i bought a new 1 . i have search everything on the web and it seems dat the only way is to use a ps2 adapter.. im planning to buy 1 if u advice me to..

    i have talked with a technician and he told me to change my os to 32 since im using 64. is dat a valid reason ?

    OK, welcome to the forums, first things first, the technician is full of **** do not change from 64bit to 32bit. That will have no impact on how a USB device works.

    Do other USB Devices work ok on your system?

    I would also say, you might get more help if you had started your own thread instead of jumping onto an old solved thread.

    The only reason I saw this is because I was subscribed to it as I was helping the OP.
