    Device Manager - Unknown Device

I have browsed the solutions provided for this problem but they don't fit my case.

When I go to Properties / Details / Hardware Ids the value is: root\sscbfs_storlib_bus3. Nowhere I can find the VEN or DEV code

Thank you so much. I have checked SugarSync forum without success therefore I have raised a question. If I succeed in solving this problem, I'll post the solution here.

I see that if I had googled root\sscbfs_storlib_bus3 I would have found the SugarSynd thread...

Check the Sony web site for missing or up to date drivers.

Thanks. No results found for a search on root\sscbfs_storlib_bus3. Therefore I posted my question in the forum.

Indeed I had, before posting. This is why in my initial post I mention: "Nowhere I can find the VEN or DEV code".
Thank you for trying to help.

Go to Sugar Sync settings and disable it from boot start then Delete the error in the Device Manager

    I did and rebooted

then Delete the error in the Device Manager
I don't want to delete it yet, as long I am not sure it is a SugarSync item
