If you're looking for a card that supports DX11, the AMD/ATI HD5xxx cards is the only series on the market yet. The current high-end card in the series, the HD5870, is available for less than $400 in the US, but I wouldn't be surprised if had a higher price in Croatia.
The HD5850 is nearly as powerful as the 5870, but at a significantly lower price (appprox. $260). The 5770 probably gives thes best price/performance, and may be good if you're not gaming above 1280X1024.
I'm not sure when the next generation of nVidia cards will come to market, and what level of DirectX they'll support. nVidia has recently made some comments about DX11 that sounded a lot like sour grapes, but they may be only a few months away from their own DX11 product.
For a quick check of what's on the market, I suggest using the power search tool under desktop video cards at www.newegg.com. They don't do business outside the US and Canada, I believe, but they carry products from many manufacturers and you can get a good idea what's currently available. (For example: HD5850 card are hard to get at the moment. That's a strong indication that they're a good deal.)
ok thanks i guess it is the best to buy, price is fine
