    Max I think maybe it is the only option because the chances of finding that webcam stuff is pretty minimal.

    Basel whatever you decide to do and if you do get this up and running again mate make sure you back it up via a clone or image or something it will save this problem again.

    Yes Max you are probably right. Basel how old is the machine mate is it still under warranty?

    I did notice too that in the specs you put 3GB RAM? that is an odd figure as a quick Google of the reviews shows me that it came with 6GB RAM again an odd figure but at least a decent amount.

    A shot of the Speccy summary would be helpful Basel try this How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista it says Vista but works in 7:)

    PS meant to add the bit we need to see is the peripherals opened out in the Speccy run see pic

    sorry im not uising my laptop

    its i3 2.1 3g ram 320 gb hdd

    intel graphics card 3000 128 or 192

    never mind

    it worked after several fixes contains:
    dc plug in : success
    And a saw the webcam is begging installed
    because Ive unplug monitor wire and repluged it
    thanks anyway to try to help
