Can you confirm that the RAM is good? XP might not be hitting the same memory ranges that Win 7 is wanting to utilize as much so you might not have noticed in XP.

Try going to Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool to download Memtest86+ and run diagnostics on your RAM. If they come up with errors try running it on each stick at a time to see which one is bad.

    First, Welcome to the forums...

Plese navigate to c:/Windows/minidump and zip up the .dmp file and upload it for analysis. Now enter : event in your search bar and open the event viewer... go to applications and see if there are any critical errors listed... take a screenshot and upload it as well... Once you do this we'll see if we can pinpoint the reason for your BSOD...

    sir good day

    @ tew, sir i windows can't find "c:/Windows/minidump "
@jbgibson, i still have to study this diagnostic test, i'm not kind of familiar

i installed the OS several time for 2 days now
first i intall it with a video card and 2x1gig ram, the installation was done but suddenly it shuts down or restart, i reinstall again without the video card and the same problem happen, until i remove my 1 gig memory, the system is stable running in 32bit or 64 bit-my current system

    mostly the problem is:
    page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
and the other one is IRQL?

If you're quite confident that everything is fine with a particular combination of RAM sticks, but it consistently breaks down when you add more/different RAM, then yours is a hardware-level issue which won't benefit from "debugging" in the software sense.

Perhaps you might need to tweak voltages or timings, or the RAM sticks are just outright mismatched and incompatible.

Hopefully one of the "hardware" section regulars will stop by and take a look, or a moderator will be kind enough to move the thread over there.
