    Recommend Mouse

Hi guys, I'm in the market for a mouse at the moment to use with an Asus G750JW laptop which will be stationary on a desk 95% of the time. I don't do much gaming just Football Manager and Total War. Other than this its used for browsing and social networking etc.

I had the Logitech M510 or M705 in mind however I'm open to change. Do any of you guys have a recommendation of either of these 2 or any others?

    Thanks,
    H

    hmoodie,
I would look at this mouse or any logitech mouse with Hyper Scrolling !

Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX 910-002896 Black Mouse - Newegg.com

Of the two you listed the 705 without a doubt !

I use the earlier version of the anywhere mouse a older Nano mouse and it's crazy good and also smaller for when you do want portability but not so small that it feels like a toy. Hyper scrolling ROCKS and can be turned off when you want the ratchet scroll.

I use the Logitech M525 Mouse for both my notebook and for my desktop. Size wise, it's about half way between most of the portable mice and full sized desktop and gaming mice (perfect for my hand; full sized mice feel like clubs to me).

It's wireless so you won't have to fight with a cord. It uses the Unifying Receiver which can be paired up with up to six compatible devices (pity one device can't be paired to more than one receiver).

It works on most surfaces so you won't need a mouse pad (I use one at home anyway).

I like mine so much, I have four of them. I carry one and a spare with my notebook (I can't stand the *&^%$#@! touchpad!). I use one on my desk with my desktop and have another one on the nightstand by my bed to use for scrolling e-books when reading them off my TV (the TV is patched into my computer), changing the volume of music playing, etc. without getting out of bed (yeah, I am lazy; at my age, I've earned it).

Hi guys, thanks a lot for the responses, I posted this on another site and a couple of people have recommended the same mice so it's looking like a my 2 are slowly going out the window. I'm just worried about comfort with them being smaller mice (I think)

    Thanks again,
    H
