    Download/Save Xbox Games to NAS

    Hi There,

I have a home network with a laptop, xbox, and Network Attached Storage (NAS) device. I would like to be able to download/save xbox games to the NAS and play them on the Xbox.

I was able to set up the media extender and display pictures/videos that I have on the NAS. I just need help saving the games. When I look at available locations to store the games, the only choices I have are the xbox local hard drive and on the cloud (only available to gold members).

I have a great network, high transfer speeds, tons of space. I just can't seem to get the NAS to show up as a viable storage location for downloads.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

FYI: I'm using a Western Digital MyBookLive 2TB, which has Twonky installed on it as well.

I could be wrong but I don't think the XBox allows you to download content to a third party storage device, the games have to be installed locally or streamed through the XBox Live service to be played.
