I know this is old but hoping someone can help. I seem to be having the issue of the screws on the Asetek 550lc turning but not removing. The unit is dead so I'm trying to replace it but can't get it off the mb. I've tried using needle nosed pliers to grip the threaded piece from the backside but all I'm doing is stepping the threading when turning the screw from the top.
