HDMI Help

I may be guilty of not being clear as to my request. My computer does not have hdmi output. It is my understanding that the hdmi interface permits the transfer of 1080p video and 5.1 (or better) audio. I am looking for a PC to TV wireless transfer of this data. I seek h/w that can accomplish this task, if such devices exist. Perhaps my understanding of the OP and subsequent suggested links is flawed.

thnx pyro90. Your helpful replies guided me to construct a proper phrase ("wireless pc to tv hdmi") for a google search and it presented a selection I will be researching - thnx again!
