Thank you for the concern SandeepP. My system is back up and running with a new 500 GB HDD. The Dell recovery disks arrived just after I got the call from the computer shop that my system was ready. Maybe they'll come in handy next time. Everything working fine. Downloaded my files from the backup sources. Won't have any need for Dell services or supplies with things running good now.

    Hi Brian Keefe,

Its great to hear system is working fine now. I am sure recovery disks would be useful in future for the system as well.

In future as well if you have any queries regarding the system or require any services feel free to reach out to me.
