    Easiest way to transfer HDD's?

I have a 149GB Seagate ST316081 (SATA) currently and I'm wanting to replace it with a Seagate Expansion 3TB USB 3.0 Black Desktop Hard Drive STBV3000100.

I will be taking the hard drive out of the expansion casing. I got it $40 cheaper than I would've the regular internal hard drive.
