Keyboard incorrectly inputting backslash on Windows only

    I just tried #39, and when I tried to restart something screwed up so badly that it had to do a startup repair and a system restore.

    #39 just changes 1 value in registry!

    change the ACP value from 949 to 1252 . See #35 . Reboot. Does \ work as expected now in windows?
    BTW system restore is enough to revert the changes

35 Language OS or just inputting?

Does the 35 language capacity of Ultimate allow one to shift OSs into another language system (say Japanese) to run software that does not run on the default English system? Or is it just inputting, which is something XP had from the start? And if it allows the OS shift, is a reboot always...
