keyboard shortcut to open Downloads folder?

Hi, I'm trying to assign my mouse a keyboard shortcut to open the Downloads folder. Can someone help me figure out how to do this? The mouse allows any combination of key. If it's not possible to shortcut to Downloads, might there be a fancy way to make it work??

Nevermind, I figured it out. For anyone interested, here is how you do it:

    1) Create a shortcut of a folder, in my case it was the Downloads folder.
    2) Drag the shortcut into the start menu, and drop into All Programs.
    3) Right-click the shortcut, click Properties.
    4) In the Shortcut Key field, press the keyboard combo you want (making sure it's not already pre-mapped by Windows, I used CTRL+ALT+F)

If you can map your mouse, put the keyboard combo in, and you should be set!

I doubt you're still around here seeing this was made so long ago. However I put the time to quickly make this account solely to thank you for your help. And I mean seriously, thank you!

Put in so much time looking for something that ironically was meant to save time. So again, THANKS!!!
