    Gateway Installation Disc Error 0xc000000f

Ok, so Ive been playing Minecraft on my PC and I went to bed, so I turned off my PC. The next morning I got Windows Startup Repair or Start Windows Normally. That never happened before, so I did some research and now I have a new error. This is the error:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
    1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
    2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
    3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

    Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

Well, the thing is, I dont have that disc. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this issue. It has happened for about 3 weeks now. This is the only thing i can do, but when i boot my pc, I can use F2. F8 doesnt work for me. I typed this on my iPod, so sorry for my foolish errors.

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Well, Im just stuck at the error, and I cant get to the desktop, so that probably wont help. Is there anyway I can replace the hard drive inside of my laptop?
