RAM won't make a difference to your BIOS. It depends on your BIOS firmware and what it does when the computer is booted. If it's an ASUS BIOS then when it is turned on it may load a feature called "ASUS Express Gate". This significantly slows down boot time, and all it does is allow you to do some basic functions such as web browsing and text editing straight from the BIOS. If you don't use this, then you should turn it off from the BIOS settings. About the HDD detection, this may be because your HDD is coming to the end of its life. To check this, run a program such as Crystal Disk Info to diagnose the S.M.A.R.T. data from your HDD.

first of all. i currently reformatted my hdd before things get worser, about now i cant reinstall a new os. but my hdd is detected, but when i try to install the os it says check drive.

so after a slow bios boot(or sys boot) says no os detected. could it be a loosen component.

If you formatted the hdd you wiped it clean of any software, no OS. Start PC, go in to bios and select "load optimized defaults" save and exit. Restart and do a clean install of your OS.
