If you would like to longlast your PC which you use for simple gaming, then I recommend these tweaks:
-Switch to a Windows Classic theme.
-Right click on Computer, click Properties, click Advanced System Settings in the sidebar, click the Advanced tab, under Performance click Settings..., click the radio button that says Adjust for best performance, and press OK to all the windows.
-Close unnecessary background programs
That's all I have to recommend.

isnt there a more complicated thing cause i know that basic thing. like in hardware tips
Keep your components cool/in temp spec.
Normally we'd suggest an aftermarket CPU cooler or at least case fans to keep the cooler air coming in while exhausting hot air out the rear.
At leat have an exhaust fan.
Hi there
please don't read this the wrong way - but (and this is only MY solution) would be to TAKE A BREAK. !!!
(Computer hardware these days provided it doesn't run too hot should easily outlast anything you could throw at it - I've a Linux server up and running that hasn't been powered off for over a YEAR now - and that is a really old cheapo PENTIUM IV machine with IDE HDD's !!!!).
HEAT is the nr 1 enemy followed by DUST on moving parts (FANS, HDD bearings etc).
Cheers

Agree with the above, get some aftermarket cooling/fans and regularly open up the case and clean out the dust
An SSD should easily outlast a spinner(HDD) as there is no moving parts and therefore less heat
so i should get exhaust fans, coolers and a new true rated psu and a ssd oh my i think i need lotso mone.
any cheaper safe advice cant afford all of it
so idnt need ssd annd new rated psu just cooling for hours of gaming. ok
