Is the switch turned on on the micro-sd carrier?
The carrier even doesn't have any switch to turn it on or off!

Isn't there any hardware method to fix that? I think it is gotten a hardware damage that it's not possible to repair it using a software method. Is there any hardware device to fix the sectors?

Sorry not that I'm aware of but it doesn't mean you won't stumble across something here or elsewhere in time. I'm waiting for a 32gb micro to be warrantied from a mfg'r at this very moment so I understand what you're going through.

Usually when an SD Card/flash drive turns write protected it signifies the end of life for that device. It is a safety mechanism built into the device wherein the flash controller chip prevents any further writing when all the reserved space to map the ever increasing bad sectors toward the end of its life cycle have been exhausted and any further writes will only get corrupted.

In your case Windows stalls because, I presume, there is already a lot of corrupted data/file system.

At best you can try a data recovery with PhotoRec and see whether it can retrieve any data.

Guide to using PhotoRec recovery software.

    Good luck.

Thank you jumanji, it was excellent.
I could to recover some data but it's only a little part of all the data that has been stored on that card.
I think it's first step. In this step I could recover some and surely there are many ways to get access to the remained data. I'll be very happy if you associate with me and help again in this road.
