Pc locks up and only responds from a hard reset

The issue started a few weeks ago when it seemed my HDD failed, sent it to a shop to be tested and repaired. Went through 2 HDDs before the 3rd 1 actually worked, that's the HDD i'm currently using ( ST1000DM 003-1CH162 SCSI Disk Drive ). It worked fine up until a few days ago when random screen freezes started to occur, mainly when playing online games such as World of Warcraft. Each day the game would freeze to the point that the entire system locked up and only a hard reset would work, it went from a couple of freezes a day to 5-6 a day. The HDD itself showed no signs of failing or struggling and all drivers are up to date, I then ran Memtest on both Rams then each 1 while in the primary slot, a combined total of 30 tests all of which passed.

Then booted up the PC with 1 Ram at a time and it worked fine, my next step was to run HDDScan but for some reason it would not allow me to hit the S.M.A.R.T button even though it recognised my HDD. I must also say that at times the boot up has been extremely slow to the point I thought it froze, it seems hit and miss whether it reaches the desktop screen. With both RAM in it struggles to fully boot up too.

Linked the DXDiag file which gives a run down of everything.

    EDIT**

Finally on the pc with only 1 Ram installed, running HDDScan right now and will post a screenshot of the outcome shortly. It's just strange that it's able to boot up with each RAM but when both are installed it struggles. 1 thing to add is that I contacted World of Warcraft Tech Support as the crashes happened more frequent when playing the game, they stated that my network drives were out of date from 2009 and my BIOS drivers from 2010 yet when I tried to update both I got a "not compatible" pop up, that was from the manufacturers website. Hope this helps.

This is the outcome of my HDDScan, I really can't tell whether there's issues or not. Some help appreciated. I'm really starting to think my PSU may be at fault, Atrix 650t 12v but I'm finding very little on reviews or complaints about the product.
