Something similar to my current one but dual core
    Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 Brisbane 2.7GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Cheapest Dual-Core AM2 Socket CPU at Newegg.
That's perfect. Would it work with my 220 watt PSU?
    It should tad low though.

Okay, what about installing it? Any good tutorials that show how to install a processor?

    Should be straight forward.

Turn off the PC, disconnect all Wires and hold the power button to drain the power.

Grab on to something Metal to release any static you may hold. Take out the fan/covering over the CPU on the motherboard.

Should be like a lever beside the CPU afterwards, pull that up and gently take out the old CPU, put it into a fedex box and mail it to me. Put the new one in, put the fan/covering back on (I suggest adding some thermal compound, I think thats the name), put the PC case back together, plug everything in and hope for the best.

    :)

I'm sure others will have better instructions.

Probably best to look up the CPU Upgrade instructions for your particular Motherboard.
