    bluetooth peripheral device missing


    Hi,

    I would like to know how install bluetooth peripheral device?I am trying to connect my IPad 3 with my computer.

    About my computer:-
    -MSI GE620
    -Window 7 Home Premium
    -64-bit

    Please help me.

    Hi, Welcome to Seven forums.

    I think iPad cannot connect to PC via bluetooth. It is not compatible. You have to use USB cable.

    Ok,archer but can you help me with the bluetooth peripheral device ? I did my research about it at microsoft answer but it did not fix the problem.

    sure, You have MSI GE 620. you can download the drivers from here. MSI drivers. See column 3 " Intel Bluetooth + High Speed Adapter_N130/N1030". Download the exe file and execute it as administrator.

    Right click on the exe file and click on Run as Administrator. Follow the installation instructions. Once completed, reboot the PC (If asked to). After reboot, drivers will be installed. Check if they are working.
