    Bootable USB flash drive


    I have made a bootable flash drive that when run says bootmgr missing.This is a 8gb drive formatted ntfs,4gb
    used.I have remade this & very carefully followed the instructions on Google using the diskpart & th whole smear
    The one thing I'm not sure about is it said to copy the dvd to the flash drive so I just did a copy paste.Is there another (better) way?I have used disk mgmt & all seems ok also Easus partition Master.Is there any to add the bootmgr to the stick or can you give a step by step for a new method or perhaps a link.

    Copy/paste is fine. But did you really copy all stuff???? I think you forgot the hidden files

    So \bootmgr isn't missing at all. At least not on root of stick.
