I am not sure what you are asking sn1p3r but at a rough guess I reckon the screen is well and truly belly up mate you need a new one.
Now as you do not have any model of Acer listed it is hard to say how to fit a another one - it isn't usually that hard a job and where you can get one - maybe Ebay I would hazard a guess.

yeah your screen is shot but your inverter looks okay unless its a led screen. As Icit2lol said we need a model number of your laptop.
