Hey good choice on the RAM upgrade.
Boy, you never really know.
Problem was the USB 2.0 header on the motherboard. As soon as you unplug it, it boots up. So, three PSUs, two motherboards, and a case later, we found the culprit. Time to install OS X, and W7 and see what the next problem will be.
It may not be the mobo header but a bad usb2.0 cable as a build of mine turned out to be years ago, it lead to a multi card reader with an issue (bent pin) most likely.
In the process of now installing my OS's and Programs. :)
The UEFI BIOS....
WOW! Never used BIOS like that.
I already don't miss my Core 2 Duo!
One nice thing is if you put a USB pendrive in before going into BIOS, you can press F12 and make a screenshot of whatever you are seeing on to the USB stick.
