Over at Corsair forums someone suggest for a similar thing to :-

Remove the grill and PSU casing. This should give you access to the fan. On the bottom side of the fan(side with label) , you'll want to remove the label and underneath is a small rubber plug. Simply remove it and apply a drop or two of oil in the bearing. Any light machine or household oil works great.
Does this come into contact with any capacitors or do you think its just totally unsafe doing this?
On the Corsair PSUs I have (3) the case does have to be removed and yes it can expose you to dangerous voltages. One little slip and you could be toast, I can't emphasize it any harder, you can die.

The CX 600 is a really nice PSU.

Hey guys ! My new Scythe Ultra Kaze fan just arrived. It's currently running at 100 % ,at about 3000 RPM,which is way to loud. Is there any software I can use to change the speed? I've tried with SpeedFan and BIOS. In BIOS,when I click enter ,I have only 2 options,3000 RPM or IGNORED. At SpeedFan,I...
