    repartition single drive

My single drive is partitioned into 2 drives: C:\, boot, 120 GB total, 1.6 GB free..... E:365 GB total, 130 GB free. I want to repartition so that C:\ is 30 GB larger, and E:\ is 30 GB smaller. I can shrink E: and make unallocated space and a new empty drive, but I could not enable C: to add that unallocated space. C: became "locked' with an attempt to do so.
Is there a relatively simple way to do this?
    Thanks

Hello Bill, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you like, you could use the free program MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition to move space from E to C.

How to resize Partition for Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 or Windows XP/7/Vista with partition magic manager software? Move/Resize Partition Help.

    Hope this helps, :)

Found it! This was the thread, I was referring to in the topic I posted. As the OP didn't seem to provide results/feedback, I just want to let people know this method worked flawlessly for me. :)
