Safely changing partition location. This the right forum?

Windows 7 reinstalled from old image. The partitions have changed. C: is on a solid state physical drive. Both D: and E: are on a 2nd physical hard drive.
    Previously:
    C: OS
    System
    D: Data
    E: Data

    Now:
    C: OS
    D: D
    E: System
    F: Data

What is the safest way to get back my old configuration so that my 2 data disks are D: and E:

    Thank you.

I had to restore an old image which obviates this problem. Presentations are as they were originally.

    I appreciate your response.

There's always a few ways..... a previous image works.

You got it resolved - glad to hear it.
