Please help me!
All my USB cannot be available in Window Explorer, although it is recognized by Window.
In Disk Management, it can be seen, but I cannot do anything on it.
All actions are unavailable.
Window gave me a message: "Contact admin". Why? And how to fix?
My OS: Win7 Ultimate x86
P/s: In the other computers, the USB can work well. And in DOS, it can be seen with Healthy status.

Does your machine belong to the company?
In that case the administrator could have disabled the use of USB devices as per the company policy and you can't do anything about it.
As messaged, you have to contact your computer administrator, if you want it to be enabled. :)( But he may not circumvent the company policy.)
nhkhang can you go into bios and see how your usb ports are labeled. I believe most bios default is (Auto).
Did you buy this laptop new or used? On my ASUS laptop there are options in the security section of the BIOS to lock out the USB ports for Data use. This prevents you form moving files to or from USB connected storage devices.
@Layback Bear: All USB Ports are Enable in BIOS (without "Auto" status for my mainboard).
@alphanumeric: It's desktop. I bought it some months ago. Everything runs very well now, excluded this error. :)
Here are my steps:
1. Plug-in any USB. => The OS regconizes it, but cannot see it on the taskbar for us to safely remove (Picture 1)
2. Open Disk Management => The device is regconized normally here. (Picture 2)
3. Right-click on it, choose Explore => Error message appears (Picture 3 and 4)
Ofcourse it cannot be regconized in the WindowExplore.

Were you able to read the USB devices before?
Yes, Jumanji. Before, it worked normally. But some days ago, it had problem.
I have a lingering suspicion that your computer may be infected by some virus and it may need a thorough cleanup. I may request cottonball to help you doing that - it had never been my cup of tea :).
In the meanwhile, let us examine whether there has been any changes in the group policy.
Go to Start > Run, type gpedit.msc and press OK. (Or click on Start, type gpedit.msc in the Search field,
click on the found gpedit.msc to open it)
Computer Configuration > Administrative templates > System > Removable Storage Access and check all states are " Not configured"
Then, User Configuration > Administrative templates > System > Removable Storage Access and check all states are " Not configured"
After running gpedit, after clicking User Configuration -> Administrative templates -> System then scroll down to find
> Don't run specified applications and,
> Run only specified applications
Those policies should not be configured
